Tips for Secretaries
Advertising your Shoot
Please email your advertisment to webmaster@wara.asn.au. This way your advertisment can be emailed and uploaded onto the website.
Important: When you send in your advertisment please use the following file formats, doc, pdf, txt, jpg, gif.
Publishing the Results of Prizemeetings
All results need to be forwarded to webmaster@wara.asn.au in the following format. Excel spreadsheet only.
The results must be tabled in the following format.
- Open Badge winners if any, ranked first to last badge.
- By Division ranked first to last, including individual range scores, for both Target Rifle and FClass (please rank TR and FClass seperately)
- Open Prizemeeting Grand Aggregate scores ranked first to last, for both target rifle and FClass.
- For an example see the Wurgbup Prizemeeting Results.
Please remember we are attempting to use the website to keep our members informed as and when score become available, so if you wish to have your scores up on the website at the end of each day of your prizemeeting please contact the WARA office to ensure that you are provided the appropriate contact details to ensure that this can be done during the weekends.
